Hi- I lived in Maumee for a long time. Check out Adams Conservation Club, they have a 3D range up all year round for practice. There is a waiting list and you need a member to join. Find out when the member meeting is and attend, it's open to the public. As long as you aren't a shady character someone will sponsor you.
Clelands OUtdoor World is a great place to buy archery equipment, a long standing family business. Before I left, 10 years ago, they had a practice range too.
