I have added a new addition to my arsenal this year, one of my hunting area has a wide open area 1 mile by 2 mile of farm open ground . The deer travel on certain areas of the fields year after year . So i made my own Round Bale Blind over the weekend, It gets to windy to use a store bought blind if i used one of those i would be blind hunting a few times a week. So round bales are a normal site so i made a heavier blind with a round bale shape. I do have it staked down with two of my trapping stakes. like i said it gets windy in the wide open. The deer travel back there like its out west . and they come from next door where there is no hunting. and run the same ridges and swales day after day. So i hope this can help me get closer.

I've seen several of these used on the outdoor channel effectively. I'm sure you will have the same success up here in NE Ohio.
