It's that time of year for him to appear!
Anyone have any experience w Parker crossbows? Thx
Why if I didn't have to work all wk I'd be out in this. Bucks are starting to act bucky!
Why I'd have to take him unless you have ample ground and cover that may hold bigger ones.
Used it last year and the results were good. Going to use it again.
Love them big clean 8's. I'd say 139.
River Otter
Sounds like a good start! Hope to start mine this wknd.
I agree with what man said. It's basically the same time frame every year, but warm weather can sure put a hold on things. I've had my best action nov 3-9. Good luck!
Well Im probably done till muzzy. It will be my first in OH in awhile that I still have my buck tag. Hope the weather cooperates.
I too noticed fewer deer this yr. It seems years of liberal doe harvests, coyote predation etc have taken its toll. Public lands are all but devoid of deer. Special regs for these areas are a must...
I beg to differ. I gladly pay the 70$ b/c I don't have the time or resources to butcher a deer.
Congrats! Nice job.
Congrats nice buck!
I got my Summit Sop on eBay for 35. Nice harness.
Why it was really slow in Belmont Co. this weekend too.
Congrats! Way to power thru adversity.
When Blacky says its "on" then u best get urself into the woods!
Track man, on the Ohio Sportsman website has a great rep.
Hunted yesterday afternoon. All I saw was a spike running around like it was sick or something.
I like my summit bushmaster. At 16 l bs it's tough to beat. Takes som getting used to with the seat section being not enclosed. Congrats on the doe!
I got picked off again on Monday. Using a climber is often limiting. The ideal trees (ash/poplar etc) aren't very good at hiding. Not much tree cover where I hunt.
Never tried blue. I am trying Vs1 this year after reading lots of reviews. We'll see...
I haven't tried yet but have been using soft grunts.
Doesn't sound like a very nice place lol.
