Fall turkey 2015

So I haven't had much luck getting a shot at a deer this year but I was fortunate enough to fill a fall turkey tag this morning. I opened my living room curtain and she was in my side yard, slid the curtain back, ran and grabbed the shotgun, by the time I was outside she was walking away about 35 yards out. I peeked around the corner of the house, put a bead on her, hit her with a few yelps, she stuck her head up to look and I let the ole Mossberg eat!

Anyone else done any turkey hunting this year?

Awesome Zach! Haha that's my name too btw. I went turkey huntin one day with my buddy and unfortunately I missed but we brought our bows bc we were hoping a deer would walk out bc we were "turkey hunting" lol If I can get a deer in the next week or so I may get out turkey hunting again.
