Hey guys. Was wondering if anyone knew any place I could get trees in bulk? I'm looking for crabapple, apple or pear trees. I'm not worried about how long they'll take to fruit, I'm in it for the long run, but don't want to shell out $20 a tree if I don't have to. I'm looking at trying to put in around 100 fruit trees within the next 3 years.

here in PA, many times either the local forest service and or game dept, offers group bulk buy on fruit tree's, well all sorts of tree's
same goes for when local chapters of groups like NWTF, Pheasants forever, ducks umlimited
try contacting your local wildlife conservation officer, and chapters of above
most have spring dead lines, which up here , will be closeing up fast
but that is one place I have bought a lot of tree's over the yrs at great deals
been buying about 700 tree's a yr for past 10+ yrs
mostly oaks and pine's
I tend to buy fruit tree's that are much older, as many times these group buys, the tree's are pretty young!
but they do sell older / bigger too!
good luck and if you find any better deals please post us here!
also, many times these group buys, they offer tree spikes/fertilizer too at a discount!
not sure what part of Ohio you are from
but here is a link to my PA game dept that has a link on the bottom for 2014 ordering
they work with several different tree places and certain area's offer wider selections of tree's too
this is just one I found real fast

here is a couple saless in Ohio
but like I said, there dead lines are closing fast
but ohio DCNR for sure has group sales like here in Pa
