Ok so I'm completely dumbfounded here, I'm trying to get my new bow sighted in and I bought a tru glo carbon xs sight. Well the Allen screw to adjust the sight elevation and windage doesn't fit any of the metric or standard Allen wrench sets I have, they're all too big or too small and I just bought new sets thinking maybe I lost the one I needed, still no dice.... So what size Allen wrench do I need?

Not sure I would have thought one would have been included. I would contact Try Glo

I would think it should be a standard allen.
It might be a torx(sp) head.

I'm 99.9% it's an Allen head, looks just like all the other screws on the bow, just none fit.....the fiber optic pins fit one of the small standard Allen wrenches....I don't see why they would use Allen screws and then use another type of screw....

well I figured it out, took a little bit of research on google but the allen key sets I bought apparently weren't complete sets and had sizes missing in between the largest and smallest, $7 at Harbor Freight and I got a 36 piece set with the size I needed....

Glad you got it figured out.

Ticks me off when they have all those different sizes like that on equipment. Probably sell the match in a nice tool set on their website.

I have the same sight. Becareful when tightening the set srew for the pins. I stripped the head on one of my pins. I am kid of a meathead and do crap like that regularly though.
