After many years of hunting I finally bought a trail camera. I placed it by a scape that is along a field edge where I have my stand. There are the beginnings of 4 or 5 scrapes going now
Here is what showed up. Would you shoot this guy?

On the table and head on the wall if he walked past me
Pretty awesome LTK! I wouldnt have a problem putting a Muzzy thru the pump house!

I think you will find that trail camera's are addicting, once you have one you tend to get more
and as for the bucks he's very nice for sure, but shooting him or not is just a personal decision and what your goals are
if he makes you happy then thats all anyone needs to take the shot if given the chance
best of luck

He is a shooter in my mind. Chances of you catching him visiting a scrape along the field edge during daylight will be slim though. I'd try to find a scrape he is using deeper in the cover as he may visit it during shooting hours.
Yes, trail cameras are addicting.

I'd have to say shoot him... Don't know that I could let him walk by if I had the chance... But, Geez if he lives another year or 2 what a stud! it's hard to tell from the pic for sure but, his body looks a little bit tall and thin to me making me think that he might only be 3.5... so man he'll be awesome at 4.5 or 5.5!!! but, I know most places you're doing pretty good if you can take a 3.5 year old deer and he is a nice one! best of luck!
