I have a pic from January 2012 (last years Rack) and one I just got last week... I am thinking this is the same deer... with a worse rack.. Age? Love to hear from the experts on whether or not you think it is? And why?91609161

Taken in exact same location... 9 months in between..

If that's the same deer his rack character has changed completely befor the tips of his antlers were pointing up and the other deers are not I don't think it's the same deer

i dont think it is either...the second one has a longer head and the antlers on the second one have alot less mass, and i dont see one losing that much mass in one year

I agree with everyone else, not the same deer. The most recent one's main beams turn in and the brow tines start up much further. Everything is just too different.

Don't think it's the same deer. Everything about the rack is different.

Then he is a new one on the scene.. I only got the picture of the buck in January one time and I have never seen him before or since. Now this guy shows up... and I have never seen him before either. I have had trail cams up on my 40 acre property since the last week in July,,, I thought I knew which bucks were regulars on the property. Hopefully he will stick around awhile as I would like a chance at him. I have two bow kills under my belt.... a button buck and a mature doe. I am looking for my first wall hanger and I am not overly picky... anything in the 120's or bigger is on the list. Thanks bow hunters for your help.
