New spot

Hey everyone! So I know this is last minute, but I just got a lead on about 60 acres of low pressure hunting land near Peebles.

I have attached an topo map and I have never been out there yet, however I do know there are some close fields (I think possibly corn) within 3000ft or so. I also know there is a small creek that runs towards the top of the property. Not sure how to read the topo map so any advice is welcome on where to check out for possible stand locations. EDIT: The field is located to the right (east) in the picture out of view.

Is this state ground or private? Also what are you wanting to know? looks like you have a big hill with a smaller flat spot and a creek. If I knew the location I may be able to help out a little more. I grew up in peebles and know a lot about the land. If its state ground I may be able to help you out, if its private it just depends on who owns it whether I know anything about it or not. You can PM me about it if you'd like.
