what to use to keep screw in points tight

My screw in points want stay tight any suggestions on what to do.

Put some blue locktite on the threads before screwing it in. Do NOT use the red kind you will not get them back off.

I have been using bow string wax for yrs, works for me!

also try plumbers tape on the threads, next time fletch your arrows right off-set or right wing.
