Mike F, was curious to know if making hard apple or pear cider is simpler to do than making wine? Was thinking of trying it, if it's not all that hard. Also what's the best way for us guys up in NE Ohio to get our hands on some of your wine??
Mike F
04-15-2011, 07:22 PM
I haven't done any hard cider, so I can't say as to what it takes to make it.
But if you need some wine, we can ship it.
So just call or email the wife and she can take care of ya.
Thanks, Mike

I've skipped around the door, because the new front door is a week late getting here. Should be here next Wed. I have a lift coming tomorrow, so I can finish up the roof and side the gable ends.
