Here's my bracelet I made awhile back ago. The pic quality isn't the greatest because I took it with my cellphone...but it gives you and idea of how I made it. It's holding up remarkably well given the fact that I wear it almost everyday. The only thing I wished I did differently is to use a different quick release. Perferably a smaller one...but it's not that big of a deal and fits my wrist just fine.

It's made out of 550 cord. If you find yourself in bad need of cording to lash together a quick shelter or something, you have the cord to do it right there on your wrist. There is probably somewhere in the neighborhood of 18-20 feet of cord there in that little bracelet.
Nice work Nate.

I didn't make a sling, but I did make a front stock from 550 cord. This is an Springfield M6 survival rifle. It folds down for easy packing. It is a over/under .410/.22 that was made for our Military. There is storage space for extra ammo in the comb of the butt stock.

Broke down for transport:

Looks like Nate & Bob need too get into the buisness of making wrist slings for bows and lanyards for game calls and etc.

Bob is into ropes and things. Makes you wonder how he got Kinzy "tied" into this. Maybe at the campout?????

That ain't a half bad idea. Except it would take me all night! I bet i'd use somewhere around 100 feet or maybe more to make a gunsling.

You know these things are funny. Me and my fellow Marines were making these when we were in Iraq back in 04-05 just for the fun of it, and to send back home to family & friends. Back then it was nothing, and now...everyone is wearing them, there are even companies making LOTS of money off of them. Just to think we could have been living the easy life with all that money...

I made a nice bono sling out of this stuff. Super easy and something to do on the boring nights at deer camp.
